Charge at home or on the road with the new NACS port for broad network compatibility. An 11 kW on-board charger supports Level-2 home charging, and the dual-voltage charging cable (120 V / 240 V) now comes standard, replacing the previous Level 1 cable. Just plug in—your bZ is ready.

How long does it take to charge at home?

With a 240 V Level-2 charger and the 11 kW on-board charger, most daily charging is completed overnight. Actual times vary by charger, temperature, and battery state.

 

Can I road-trip in winter?

Yes. The battery pre-conditioning feature is designed to help optimize DC fast-charge performance in cold conditions. As with any EV, range and charge speeds vary with temperature, speed, terrain, and load.

What charging connector does the bZ use?

The NACS port supports widespread network access for both home and public charging (including compatible DC fast-charging).
