Information on our Courtesy Shuttle and Courtesy Loaner program...

Taylor Lexus Toyota provides three delivery and pickup shuttle vehicles that operate Monday – Friday with the first shuttle departing the dealership at approximately 7:45 a.m. and the last shuttle arriving back to the dealership by 5:00 p.m. Our shuttles operate within a 20 kilometre radius of our dealership at 655 Broad Street. This means that all of Regina and communities like Grand Coulee, Rowatt, Richardson, White City and Pilot Butte are included in our shuttle area.
Please keep in mind that the delivery shuttle is not a point to point service like a taxi or a scheduled service like a bus route. It is our goal to have no empty seats during peak periods. This means that service to the outlying communities will be provided after the local high demand areas have been satisfied. The shuttle to outlying communities will typically leave at mid morning – 10:00 or 10:30 a.m. If the nature of your service request permits, you might consider booking your service appointment for mid morning. Please discuss this with your service advisor when you call to make your appointment.
Our pickup shuttle is by appointment only and please note that we are limited to the number of pickups that can be accommodated. Depending on the nature of your service request it might not be possible to book a pickup time until the day you drop your vehicle off. Please discuss this with your service advisor when you book your service appointment. In addition, please understand that pickup times can be unpredictable during rush hour or severe weather conditions. Our drivers do what they can to meet pickup commitments but they will not put at risk customers already picked up or the general driving population. Please also note that we do not offer the pickup service to customers from the outlying communities. If this is a concern please discuss it with your service advisor.
If you anticipate that the shuttle service won’t work for you for whatever reason we have another option to keep you on the move...
- We have a fleet of courtesy loaner vehicles:
- We collect $10 for fuel recovery so you don’t have to worry about filling the vehicle prior to its return
- Due to the popularity of this option we recommend that you book your service appointment and courtesy loaner many days in advance to ensure that you secure a courtesy loaner
